Cuando la estructuración financiera de proyectos de infraestructura a cargo de entidades públicas del orden nacional requiera otorgar condiciones o garantías de liquidez, la Dirección General de Crédito Público y del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá implementar los mecanismos que garanticen dicha liquidez.
