Preguntas en Comisiones. Las preguntas respecto de las que se pretenda respuesta oral en Comisión, estarán en condiciones de ser incluidas en el Orden del Día una vez

transcurridos cinco (5) días desde su publicación y comunicación. Se tramitarán conforme a lo establecido en estas disposiciones. Para responder las preguntas podrán comparecer los funcionarios que deban concurrir a las Comisiones Constitucionales, en los términos del presente Reglamento.
