El diez por ciento (10%) de las casas que construya la Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos, deberán ser adjudicadas entre las personas que hayan presentado la respectiva solicitud, y que llenando los requisitos exigidos por los reglamentos de la entidad, estén sirviendo en la educación en cargos técnicos, docentes o administrativos.
