La autorización de devolución del Impuesto sobre las Ventas de que trata el artículo 7 del Decreto 584 de 1975 surte efectos para todos los bimestres anteriores a su fecha, como para cualquiera de los seis bimestres siguientes, en donde haya surgido o surja un saldo a favor del contribuyente.
