Artículo segundo. Los dineros consignados en el Banco de la República por concepto de la cuota para el fomento del cacao, creada por el artículo 2° del Decreto extraordinario número 1345 de 1959, serán trasladados a la cuenta del Fondo Rotatorio Agropecuario del Ministerio de Agricultura en la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero (Subcuenta "Fomento de la Materia Prima").
