Las anotaciones hechas en el libro de matrícula contendrán las referencias a los respectivos actos o títulos y a las inscripciones hechas en los libros de registro, designando tanto éstos como los tomos, páginas, números y fechas de aquellas y llevando permanentemente en dicho libro de matrícula el movimiento que tenga la finca, de manera que allí se manifieste su estado jurídico completo en cualquier momento.
