Corresponde al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público Dirección General del Presupuesto , la vigilancia administrativa del uso que se de a los aportes o préstamos del Presupuesto Nacional por parte de las empresas comerciales o industriales del Estado o por las sociedades de economía mixta, conforme a las orientaciones que le señale el Presidente de la República, sin perjuicio de las actividades que puedan corresponder a la Contraloría General de la República. Esta vigilancia podrá ejercerse por medio de visitas.
