Artículo séptimo . Cuando un establecimiento educativo, oficial o privado, se clausura o cambia de local, el respectivo Director está en la obligación de dar aviso por escrito a la autoridad educativa donde está registrado el plantel en el curso de los ocho (8) días siguientes a la clausura o cambio de local. Si así no se hiciere será sancionado por la Secretaria de Educación con multa de cincuenta pesos ($ 50.00) a doscientos pesos ($200.00) moneda corriente.
