Art. 2.° Los jenerales, jefes i oficiales de la guardia colombiana i los de las milicias de los estados, cuyos ajustamientos militares no se hayan hecho hasta hoi, presentarán los documentos de que habla el artículo anterior, para ser liquidados, hasta el 31 de agosto del presente año; i los que no lo verifiquen dentro del término prefijado, no podrán ser liquidados hasta que una lei así lo determine.
