º . Prórroga de la vigencia de los subsidios. Los subsidios cuyo vencimiento opere el día 31 de diciembre de 2002 y que a la fecha de expedición de este decreto se encuentren vigentes en virtud de la firma de la promesa de compraventa o contrato de construcción en los casos de construcción en sitio propio o de mejoramiento, tendrán una prórroga adicional de seis (6) meses.
