° El valor de cada licencia expedida por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones tendrá, por una sola vez, una cuantía equivalente al diez por ciento del salario mínimo legal mensual, vigente a la fecha de la solicitud. Cada municipio, dentro de un trámite expedito y con el cobro de mínimos derechos pecuniarios, otorgará las autorizaciones a los operarios de la red comunitaria de telecomunicaciones.
