La iniciación del proceso por las contravenciones a que se refiere la presente Ley requiere querella de parte, la cual deberá ser presentada dentro del mes siguiente a la comisión del hecho, salvo cuando el autor o partícipe sea capturado en flagrancia, caso en el cual se iniciará y adelantará oficiosamente.
