Diligencias de práctica de las medidas cautelares. En atención a las facultades que la ley de Extinción de Dominio le asigna a la Fiscalía General de la Nación a efectos de decretar medidas cautelares sobre bienes respecto de los cuales se inicie proceso de extinción de dominio, corresponderá a dicha entidad reportar al Administrador del Frisco con la adecuada antelación, la ejecución de las diligencias en virtud de las cuales se deberá efectuar la aprehensión material de dichos bienes.
