Vigilancia y control . El control y la vigilancia en el cumplimiento de las disposiciones contenidos en el presente Decreto para la Harina de Trigo Fortificada y de las premezclas, estará a cargo del Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima, y las entidades territoriales competentes. Se tomarán periódicamente muestras de harina de trigo y de las premezclas para su análisis por parte del Invima.
