Cuando se introduzcan modificaciones de las características técnicas esenciales autorizadas a las estaciones de telecomunicaciones del servicio móvil marítimo, sin autorización previa del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, se impondrá una multa equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales legales. En caso de reincidencia, el valor de la multa será de doscientos (200) salarios mínimos mensuales legales, y podrá dar lugar a la perdida de los derechos conferidos en la autorización.
