Los nombramientos de Subgerente, Jefes de División y Sección, corresponden a la Junta Directiva de la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional los demás corresponden a la Gerencia de la Caja, La Junta Directiva y la Gerencia procederán a designar al personal que deba ocupar los cargos que se establecen en este Acuerdo conforme a disposiciones legales y estatutarias Vigentes.
