Modifíquese el artículo 21 del Decreto Ley 4085 de 2011, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 21. Órganos de Coordinación y Asesoría. La Comisión de Personal, el Comité Institucional de Coordinación de Control Interno, el Comité Institucional de Gestión y Desempeño y demás órganos de asesoría y coordinación que se organicen e integren, cumplirán sus funciones de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes”.
