Art. 67.° Quedan también incluidos en la pérdida del derecho á cobrar pensión, los militares que hallándose en el goce de ella, se ausenten del territorio nacional sin previa licencia del Poder Ejecutivo; y los que una vez que se hallen en uso de letras de cuartel ó licencia indefinida, y sean llamados al servicio, no concurran á dar cumplimiento á lo que se les ordena, sin comprobar que se hallan en completa imposibilidad por ello.
