A los extranjeros se les exigirán, bajo juramento, los datos que deben suministrar para obtener la cédula de extranjería. Si se comprobare que alguno ha hecho, maliciosamente, declaraciones falsas, se procederá a levantar las diligencias correspondientes, para los efectos del decreto 804 de 1936.
