Art. 179. Los alumnos oficiales tienen el deber de ganar por lo menos tres cursos en cada año. Los que pierdan alguno o algunos de estos tres cursos, perderán la beca que se les haya concedido, salvo que comprueben inculpabilidad. Exceptúase aquellos alumnos que solo se hayan matriculado en uno dos cursos por hallarse en el último año de su carrera profesional, los cuales no estarán obligados á ganar sino los que les faltan para concluirla.
