º En el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores habrá un Consejo integrado por el Ministro, el Secretario General del Ministerio y dos Vocales nombrados por el Gobierno, que tendrá a su cargo el examen de las solicitudes para el ingreso al curso de Extensión Diplomática y Consular, y la expedición de las autorizaciones escritas a que se refiere el artículo anterior. Este Consejo será presidido por el Ministro; el Secretario General del Ministerio será el Secretario del Consejo y para la validez de las determinaciones de éste se requerirá la unanimidad dé votos.
