Artículo tercero. La prima anual de beneficios a que se refiere el artículo anterior, y de que tata el Decreto-ley 3871 de 1949, solo es obligatorio a los patronos hasta la suma de dos mil pesos ($ 2.000) por cada trabajador empleado.
