Cualquier persona puede denunciar ante el respectivo alcalde el hecho de que aparezcan avisos e informaciones sobre el ejercicio de las profesiones de que trata la Ley, por parte de quien no tenga la correspondiente matrícula expedida de acuerdo con la Ley que se reglamenta. La denuncia debe acompañarse de certificación expedida por el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines de que la persona denunciada no aparece matriculada.
