Secretaria Técnica. La Secretaría Técnica del Consejo será ejercida por la Dirección de Patrimonio y Memoria del Ministerio de Cultura y presentará los estudios y el soporte técnico al Consejo. Sus funciones serán definidas por el Consejo en el año siguiente a la promulgación de la presente ley.
