ARTICULO 118. Reajuste de pensiones. Las pensiones de jubilación, invalidez, vejez y por aportes y las que se otorguen a los beneficiarios de los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional conforme a este Estatuto, serán reajustadas de oficio cada vez y con el mismo porcentaje en que sea incrementado por el Gobierno el salario mínimo legal mensual.

Parágrafo

Este reajuste tendrá vigencia simultánea a la que se fija para el salario mínimo.
