Cuando las personas adultas contempladas en el presente decreto hayan obtenido el certificado de estudios del bachillerato básico y opten por continuar estudios en la educación media técnica, deberán hacerlo en ciclos lectivos regulares de dos (2) grados, que ofrezcan los establecimientos educativos autorizados para impartir este nivel y organizados atendiendo lo dispuesto en los artículos 9º, 41 y 55 del Decreto 1860 de 1994 o las normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan.
