Pérdida de vigencia. Cuando se establezca una veda o prohibición o cuando se incorporen áreas al Sistema de Parques Nacionales Naturales, se creen territorios fáunicos o cuando se reserve el recurso conforme lo establece el artículo 47 del Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974, los permisos de caza otorgados pierden su vigencia y por consiguiente sus titulares no pueden ampararse en ellos para capturar individuos o productos de la fauna silvestre o para recolectar sus productos.
