ARTICULO 5 o . Consejo Directivo.- El Consejo Directivo del Instituto de los Seguros Sociales tendrá a su cargo la formulación de los planes y programas de administración del régimen de los Seguros Sociales Obligatorios y la determinación de las normas generales para la adecuada gestión de la entidad, de acuerdo con las funciones que le asigna el presente Decreto.
