En las poblaciones donde fuere posible a juicio del Poder Ejecutivo, habrá dispensarios antituberculosos, a cargo de un Medico y de un Ayudante, en los cuales no solo se tratara científicamente a los enfermos, sino que tendrán por objeto, además del expresado, la vulgarización de la enseñanza antituberculosa, y especialmente de las precauciones que para evitar el contagio deben tomar las personas en cuya compañía viven los enfermos.
