º . Ejerce ilegalmente la profesión de Ingeniero o de Arquitecto y, por tanto, incurrirá en las sanciones para la respectiva infracción, la persona que, sin haber llenado los requisitos previstos en esta Ley, practique cualquier acto comprendido en el ejercicio de dichas profesiones, así como la persona que, mediante avisos, propaganda, anuncios profesionales, instalación de oficinas, fijación de placas murales o en cualquiera otra forma, actúe o se anuncie como Ingeniero o Arquitecto sin poseer tal calidad ni reunir los requisitos exigidos en la presente Ley.
