Relación de autoridad. Cuando una Entidad Propietaria ejerza funciones regulatorias o de inspección, vigilancia y control sobre la Empresa Receptora, la Entidad Propietaria no podrá conferir trato preferencial a la Empresa Receptora ni imponerle cargas especiales distintas a las que corresponderían a cualquier otro agente económico puesto en igualdad de condiciones.
