La partida a que se refiere el artículo 2° de esta ley, se entregará necesariamente a la Junta, formada de acuerdo con el artículo 4° de la Ley 9ª de que se trata, por partes iguales, una en lo que falta de la presente vigencia, y la otra, antes del mes de julio de 1939.
