Artículo cuarto. La Caja de Crédito Agrario continuará financiando los aportes de los usuarios de la electrificación rural. Además podrá, directamente o mediante acuerdos con otras entidades o institutos descentralizados, hacer préstamos a través del sistema de crédito asociativo a grupos de vecinos para la dotación de agua potable con destino al uso de los dueños de viviendas rurales.
