La presentación o la aceptación de una renuncia no constituye obstáculo para ejercer la acción disciplinaria en razón de hechos que no hubieren sido revelados a la administración sino con posterioridad a tales circunstancias. Tampoco interrumpen la acción disciplinaria ni la fijación dé la sanción.
