Audiencia. - Expirado el termino del traslado al opositor, se señalara día y hora con el fin de oír a las partes en audiencia pública, si alguna de ellas lo solicitare dentro de los tres días siguientes, para lo cual el expediente permanecerá en la Secretaria por dicho termino. También podrá celebrarse la audiencia cuando el Tribunal lo estimare conveniente. Cuando se verifique audiencia podrá el Tribunal Supremo no proferir allí mismo el fallo.
