º. Autorizase el Ministerio de Guerra para que en tales casos tome las medidas conducentes en el sentido de prestar la atención sanitaria que fuere indispensable, nombrando para tal fin empleados cuyas asignaciones puede fijar el mismo Ministro por el tiempo que juzgue conveniente.
