ARTICULO 92 . En cuanto a los Capitanes de Altura, Categoría "B", que acrediten un mínimo de un (1) año como Capitán de buque de navegación oceánica de más de 1.200 T.A.B. podrán desempeñarse como Oficiales de Puente de Altura de 1º Clase, Categoría "A", para lo cual deberán obtener previamente la correspondiente certificación de esta facultad por parte del Director General Marítimo y Portuario, en su Licencia de Navegación, Clase "B".
