La declaración de valor no podrá exceder del costo real del contenido del envío, pero se podrá declarar solamente una parte de dicho costo o valor. El monto de la declaración de documentos representativos de valores en relación con su costo de fabricación, no podrá exceder de los gastos eventuales de reemplazo en caso de pérdida.
