Los Alcaldes pasarán a las Juntas Seccionales de las listas de los individuos que ejerzan la odontología en la respectiva jurisdicción y cada vez que un nuevo dentista se establezca le solicitarán el título en virtud del cual ejerce, sin cuyo requisito la autoridad no podrá permitir el ejercicio de la odontología.
