El Ministerio Público, los representantes legales de una de las personas jurídicas de que trata el título 36 del Libro 1°. del Código Civil, y los guardadores no pueden ratificar la actuación cuya nulidad proviene de incompetencia de jurisdicción improrrogable, sino por causa de utilidad manifiesta, judicialmente declarada.
