La bonificación por servicios prestados y el subsidio de alimentación serán factores de salario. De la misma manera, la Prima Semestral definida en el artículo 39 del Decreto 1014 de 1978, se denominará Prima de Servicios y será también factor de salario como lo señala dicho Decreto.
