Igualmente autorízase al Gobierno para adquirir cinco mil ejemplares de la obra Geografía Económica de Colombia, con el objeto de que sea distribuída por los Ministerios de Relaciones Exteriores, Economía Nacional y Educación entre los establecimientos de educación, Embajadas, Legaciones, Consulados y Gobernaciones, Intendencias y Comisarias del país; para atender al gasto que demande la adquisición de esta obra podrá el Gobierno disponer hasta de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000).
