La Junta Directiva del Fondo decretará el subsidio para los Notarios que a él tuvieren derecho, teniendo en cuenta, además de los requisitos que establece la Ley 29 de 1.973, los recursos totales del Fondo y el número de escrituras otorgadas por cada Notario en el año inmediatamente anterior. Una vez decretado, se pagará a' sus beneficiarios mes por mes y si hubiere cambio de Notario se pagará al nuevo titular de la oficina,
