Las estampillas de timbre que conforme a la ley deben llevar ciertos documentos de deber y otros en que se hagan constar contratos privados, serán adheridas a ellos y anuladas por el empleado expendedor que designe el Gobierno en cada localidad, dentro de los treinta días siguientes al del otorgamiento.
