Negativa al control . En aquellos casos en que se dé la negativa a someterse a un control al dopaje, o una acción u omisión que haya impedido o perturbado la correcta realización del mismo, la persona responsable de la toma de muestra debe poner en conocimiento este hecho a la federación, al comité organizador del evento y a la comisión contra el dopaje del evento si se hubiere constituido. De igual manera se le comunicará al atleta implicado. Esta información será igualmente transmitida al Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes.
