º. Podrán acogerse a los beneficios de la Sección de Crédito Industrial: primero, los industriales colombianos; segundo, los industriales extranjeros que justifiquen hallarse establecidos en Colombia por más de cinco años consecutivos, y tercero, las sociedades constituídas conforme a las leyes colombianas, que tengan a lo menos el 60 por 100 de su capital declarado y de sus reservas invertido en Colombia.
