Los actuales magistrados de los tribunales superiores de distrito judicial, de distrito penal aduanero y de los tribunales administrativos podrán solicitar su inscripción en la carrera judicial, para lo cual deberán acreditar

a)

Los requisitos constitucionales exigidos para el cargo.

b)

Experiencia en la rama jurisdiccional o en el ministerio público no inferior a ocho años.

c)

Certificado de antecedentes disciplinarios expedido por la Procuraduría General de la Nación.

d)

Fotocopia auténtica del pasado judicial vigente.
