ADECUACION DE LA ESTRUCTURA INTERNA Y DE LA PLANTA DE PERSONAL.- La Junta Directiva de ADPOSTAL procederá a determinar las modificaciones a la estructura interna y a la planta de personal, que sean necesarias de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente Decreto, dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a la vigencia del mismo. La planta de personal que se adopte, entrará a regir para todos los efectos legales y fiscales a partir de su publicación.
