Los municipios de Ocaña y espinal harán cesión de los lotes a respectiva entidad nacional para la construcción de tales obras, las que se ejecutarán sobre los planos aprobados por la Dirección General de Edificios Nacionales del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, observando los demás requisitos establecidos en la Ley 71 de 1946 .
