Las Cámaras de Comercio a través Confecámaras o el tercero que opere el RUES remitirá cada tres (3) meses al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, la información estadística que sobre las asociaciones agropecuarias y campesinas repose en el RUES, con el fin de identificar los departamentos y municipios en donde se ejecutarán los programas especiales de apoyo a la formalización, el emprendimiento y fortalecimiento señalados en el artículo 16 de la Ley 2219 de 2022.
